Thats his lawyer talking....do you really think the little bastard was innocent and doing nothing wrong? Its a travesty when a police officer needlessly uses excessive force however, it is an equal if not worse travesty when a little bastard gets lippy with a cop and gets his ass kicked and the cop is the one to ultimatly pay the price.

I heard the kid was already handcuffed when he got his beatdown. Per police reports the kid was knocked out by the 4th or 5th punch. Everything else was icing on the cake.
