The devastating damage sustained by a preadolescent male during a pit bull attack. Almost lost in this photograph is the soft tissue damage to this victim's thigh. This patient required 2 units of O- blood and several liters of isotonic crystalloid. Repair of these wounds required a pediatric surgeon, an experienced orthopedic surgeon, and a plastic surgeon.

poor guy , is a shame that america has laws that protect these animals wild, i think it have to do the same thing with that animal,i dont care what everyone else think , those laws suck , i love the pets but there is a exception
i'm no expert, but these wounds look a little too extensive for one dog to have done by itself. take the wrist for exam, an attacking dog would slash and tear at flesh, sure - but the way all the flesh and muscle has been taken away leaving just bone and sinews etc makes me just a touch dubious. an out of control dog doesn't just sit there gnawing away meat (taking long enough for the victim to die from blood loss from all those injuries), it would go straight for the throat and rip that out
Thats no dog attach....
exterminate all pit bulls
Omg i just came
That is no dog attack, and I own (2) pitbulls and they are the greatest pets I could imagine. I have seen dog fights and they dont even do that to each other in a fight. It almost looks fake.
do not exterminate the poor dogs , but exterminate the owner that turned that animal that way
looking at those wounds there is no way a dog could do that, my guess is a large feline... something like a tiger. How did he get those injuries on his stomach, there is no way a dog could open it's mouth that wide, it looks like razer sharp claws did that damage.
chicks dig scars.
Thats a couger attack not a dog attack, I have seen this before on a documentary.
I got some lacerations that deep last time I slept with your mom.
nah your all wrong.....thats one of those self harm emos
OMG!!!!!!!!!! poor guy dude that look like it hurt like shit!
photoshop....
I have owned Pitbulls all my life and have never seen one attack a human. The dogs behaviors are based on how they are raised when they are puppies. If you train the dog to be aggressive, they will be. Those injuries were not sustained by a dog.
